Beat is a short rhythm based horror game where you must time your steps to the beat to keep walking forward. Mess up and you'll trip, becoming a nice little package for whatever's chasing you. Featuring a talking phonograph.

If you're having issues with the game being laggy or the music desyncing with the beat / things being cut off by the screen consider downloading the version compiled after the jam that should fix these things. No game play changes, just makes it run better. Plus its a smaller download because I forgot to compress the music files in the original upload!
